Master Chef's Cooking Class for MIGF 2010

16th October 2010, Saturday - In conjunction with the Malaysia International Gourmet Festival 2010, Chef Mike Yip conducted a cooking class for all Japanese food lovers.

Itinerary for the day was a full lesson on maki rolls, and a Master Chef demonstration on how Wagyu Negi Taro Tataki (one of the dishes from Chef Mike's Festival Menu) is prepared.
All participants enjoyed a traditional Japanese lunch personally prepared by Chef Mike, and brought home a maki/sushi starter kit that included chef hats, handouts, personalised Fu-Rin aprons and all the ingredients needed for them to test their skills at home!

Cooking Class with Master Chef Mike Yip @ Fu-Rin

Let Fu-Rin's Master Chef, Mike Yip teach you how to make maki and sushi rolls and also one of the items from his magical Festival Menu.
The lesson will come complete with handouts, personalised aprons and starter kits. All guests will enjoy a traditional Japanese Lunch after the class.
