Executive Chef Francis Lau has hand picked a menu that offers fresh, irresistible Fusion Tapas, a resourceful blend of Italian, Indian, Japanese and European flavors. Chef Francis prepares his unique dishes with creativity using only the finest quality ingredients that offer premium freshness and taste.

Bite into the soft and Succulent Taliwang Chicken that melts in your mouth the moment you savour it. The Taliwang Chicken that looks almost like the common grilled or fried chicken, simply covered with a spicy relish but you will feel the difference as it has a unique flavor. The meat is well done and very soft in texture. Both spicy and sweet, it has the aroma of lemon grass which prompts to savor every bite. The Chicken is marinated with traditional spices including tamarind sauce to allow the chicken to absorb the goodness of the spices.

You will not be able to resist the grilled tapas that are prepared in front of you in our live open kitchen. From Spicy Chicken Tikka with Mint Yogurt to Spinach Pancake bites laced with Tangy Mango, from Delicate Lamb Koftas (Minted Lamb rolls) to Vietnamese herbed Vegetable Wrap, tingle your taste buds with these tasty and flavorful Fusion Tapas.

Go for Special de Crevettes / Shrimps Special Pizza if you are a fan of sea food. What can be more exciting than a seafood pizza? The shrimp pizza recipe combines a delicate mix of parmesan cheese, shrimps and oregano which blend wonderfully together. Herbs like Oregano and Basil are used to enhance the flavor and the sauce for this shrimp pizza recipe is a combination of garlic, fennel, onions and cream rather than the traditional tomato base pizza sauce.

Whether you prefer to sit and relax in an open air lounge or inside in a more secluded place, THE MIX offers both. The ambience of alfresco sitting adjacent to THE MIX lends a relaxed environment While the inside ambience gives you the warm feel of a mixture of rich blue and soothing purple.
